I have moved out of country and since I changed my address to my daughters address, we have not received a billing since July. I want to make a payment but do not have access to an international phone - so can't call and every time I try to access my account to make a payment it tells me I'm past due and gives me times to call (which I can't) and I can't locate a place to even change my address on line. Your on-line system sucks - pardon my french !
