I want to dispute a credit card charge by Premier Time Share Solution s

I have an unauthorized charge on my card 07/16/09. Premier Time Share Solutions, charged $1388.54 after I decided not to list my timeshare with them, I was assured , by 2 customer service reps and the salesman that I dealt with that the charge would refunded to my credit card. I have since done more research, too little too late, and found at least 25 complaints addressing the same problem, the company is a scam outfit and I refuse to pay for the charge. I intend to file a complaint with the Florida Better Business Bureau. I have tried to contact them by phone and have not been able to reach anyone.
