credit card account number

I recently used my Chase account to pay off a higher interest rate US Bank credit card. The offer was for 12 months same as cash. I did this per phone with John Garcia on 09/16/09. I would like to know if the credit card has been mailed to me yet as I would like to register to pay on my account using internet banking. Thank you. Nancy McNeill
