I received a telephone call telling me that my card had been used fraudulently and for me to call the number on the back of my card. Called 1-800-950-5114 and was given a lot of other numbers to call for National Directory assistance. After giving my City and State I got no where and lost connection. I am desperate to find out what the problem is and would like to talk to a person and not a recording. My name is Yvonne Tucker and the last 4 digits of my card is 8118. Thank you.

A:which credit card company called you. Do you know which card was used fradulalently? In that case, just visit their official website and check contact us section where you should find their customer service number. Inform them about this call you received. If they verify that it was indeed a fradulant activity on your credit card, you should ask them to revert all fraud transactions as most credit cards come with fraud insurance. Good luck
