how can i get help to fix a vehicle or trade both for one

I have two vehicles IHave to fix .both are down. My husband and I live on $755.00 a month. We both have doctor appointments several times a month.My husband is very ill and our doctors are at least 45 minutes away.We had to cancell several appointments because we have no way. We live in pa.
