Can I transfer balances from other credit cards to my Sears Card?

I do not have any balance on my Sears card at this time and my available credit is 10,000. Can I transfer other balances to this one? Its not the Sears Mastercard that I know of; although, I saw on my online account home page it said I would be recieving new cards in the next 2 weeks in the mail.
