zicam recall by FDA loss of smell side effects by this cold remedy

should i use this zicam cold rememdy anymore? FDA issued a warning that zicam side effects can lead to loss of smell so there will be a zicam recall. i already have zicam nasal spray with me, what to do ? not use zicam anymore?they didnt post anything at www.zicam.com
