www.vonage.com login doesnt work can't login to vonage my account

i tried to go to www.vonage.com login but it doesnt work. it says username is wrong, how come? i can't access vonage.com my account page. need to do something ASAP. anyone know the solution to this problem with vonage. should i call vonage customer service?
