THE NYS Dept of Finance made a huge mistake. Taxes paid not deducte.

Adjusted $59,837.00 Single IT150-Short form. NYS Taxes paid $3,727.28 Refund $26.28 City taxes paid 2,188.87 Refund $115.87. The NYS Dept of Finance states I owe $5,620. They forgot to deduct paid taxes.
