I can't access my account online

please contact me at my new email address dltjmw@gmail.com or 301-843-9409. my old computer died and I have a new computer and a new email address. my old email address is dltriance@aol.com. I have made a payment with this new email address since I got this new computer, but when I tried to find out why my password wasn't working I got the message that you do not recognize my new email account. With in a month or two I will be closing my account with you because of the difficulty I have been having. I am totally unsatisfied with the services since the the change to Chase! I am tired of the hassle of trying to make payments when it is was easy before!!!
